All products are shipped from our warehouse ex Brisbane unless otherwise stated by your sales representative.
You will be notified by us as to your lead time from the manufacture. If the product is in stock in Australia allow a minimum of 3 to 5 days for the product to arrive into our warehouse in Brisbane.
If the product is stocked overseas allow 10 to 12 weeks.
Transport can be organised by Firehaus, the customer or picked up by the your designated fireplace installer. Once your product has been signed for by you or your nominated installer it is deemed in possession of the customer.
All products can only be shipped once full payment is made.
You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to check the product for damages, after this time it is deemed accepted.
Unopened product can be returned free of charge – the cost of shipping it to your site and return freight costs to our warehouse will need to be redeemed if Firehaus have paid for freight.
Opened and undamaged products can be returned with a 20% re-stocking fee the cost of shipping it to your site and return freight costs will need to be redeemed if Firehaus have paid for freight. Please note product must be in a saleable condition.
Installed or site damaged product cannot returned.
